The new hire is no longer coming in to do New Hire Paperwork. They are simply coming it to watch the OSHA videos (Flowtec Training if applicable) and go through the New Hire Checklist to address any questions.
The new hire still needs to complete a Job Description Sign Off. Just customize this to their role so they can complete it once they get into the office.
