Tour de Office
Our HR Team will show you the office. They will let you know where to go for different department related queries as well as communal areas like the kitchen area, restrooms, Actum Café, showers etc... Feel free to ask 🙂
Meet your new place
Our HR will show you your new working place. Everything should be prepared- your PC, other equipment and also some sweet stuff which will help you to survive 🙂
Introduction to your TL and colleagues
During your Tour de Office you will be introduced to your Team Lead and colleagues.

Slack is one of the most important tools of communication in Actum. Make sure you will join our group as soon as possible: https://slack.com/
Adhoc training
Our colleague from the Financial department will explain to you how to use the internal tools which we use for timesheets and vacation.
Welcome drink
During April we will invite you for a drink with our CEO Tomáš Vondráček and Managing Partners Ráťa Líbal and Honza Havel. You can meet them and you will see they don't bite 🙂
English session
During first days at work you will meet our English teacher and you will have an opportunity to enrol on English lessons.
Introduction email
Once in a month you will receive an email about newcomers in Actum and Actum+. The first one will include your name of course.
Photo session
During your first days you will receive an invitation to "photo session". Don't worry, we all didn't like it, we all look like idiots in the picture but it's for internal use only 🙂
Actum Academy
During next weeks you will receive an invitation to Actum Academy. And what is it? Come there and you will always learn something new. You will receive the program via email and you can also check the posters all around you. For more information you can contact Klára ([email protected])
